GUEST BATHROOM AT
THE POLEY CREEK PROJECT
SERVICE: BATHROOM REMODEL
YEAR: 2026
A guest bathroom is easy to overlook. This one became the room people ask about.
Conversations about the rest of the home kept circling back to one color: green, a favorite, mentioned again and again, and one long associated with calm. So when it came time to choose finishes for the shower, we selected a deep green tile and let it set the tone for the entire room, drenching the walls in that same shade rather than working around it. A warm wood vanity grounds the palette, and metals were mixed with intention.
At the Reveal, the reaction said it all.
