With the groundwork clear, we set the direction for the project. We get specific about how you and your family live, how you use the space, how you want it to feel, and what needs to change. Then translate that into a cohesive design point of view. Layout, mood, and priorities are shaped here so the room isn’t built on isolated decisions, but on a clear, tailored vision.
03/ Design Development
This is where the project is fully worked through in detail. We take the direction we’ve set and translate it into concrete decisions: materials, fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, lighting, 3D renders and other key elements refined together so the space feels like one continuous idea, not a set of separate choices. It’s also the heaviest lift behind the scenes.
04/ Drawings & Procurement
Once the design is resolved, this is where your project gets translated into detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications, along with a clear procurement plan. We finalize selections, prepare documentation for your construction team, and begin sourcing all the pieces, so the vision can be priced, coordinated, and carried into construction without guesswork.
05/ Construction
As the project moves into construction, we stay closely involved through site check-ins and contractor communications. When project management is selected, we take a more active role in coordinating timelines, tracking details, and addressing issues before they turn into headaches. Our role is to protect the intent of the design and support the team(s) as they carry it out on site.
